According to Article 27/7 of the Hacettepe University Associate and Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulations:

“In cases where students are unable to attend a midterm examination, they may be considered excused if there are valid and justifiable reasons, as determined by the relevant administrative board.
To have an excuse accepted, valid and justifiable reasons along with supporting documents must be submitted to the relevant department within one week after the end of the excuse period.
Applications submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.
The dates of make-up exams are announced by the relevant department.
These students shall exercise their midterm examination rights until the end of the general examination period.
A second make-up exam will not be granted for a missed make-up exam.”
