For the Faculty of Engineering Graduation Ceremony to be held on Thursday, July 2, 2026, the distribution of graduation gowns, caps and shawls will take place between June 9, 2026 and July 2, 2026.

Students who will participate in the graduation ceremony are required to complete the following steps:

• Submit their application through the designated Google Form,
• Apply to the Dean’s Office Financial Affairs Office with the original payment receipt and the Gown, Cap and Shawl Information Form,
• Collect their graduation gown, cap and shawl from the Dean’s Office Financial Affairs Office.

Following the graduation ceremony, students who wish to receive their deposit refund must complete the Deposit Refund Form and return the gown, cap and shawl as a complete set to the Dean’s Office Financial Affairs Office.

On July 2, 2026, the Dean’s Office building will remain open until 22:30 for deposit refund procedures.
