On 19 November 2025, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Şahmaran delivered an in-depth lecture titled “Sustainable Building Materials” to the students of the CEV 412 – Sustainable Buildings course. The course is instructed by Prof. Dr. Merih Aydınalp Köksal, a faculty member of our department.

During his lecture, Prof. Dr. Şahmaran provided valuable insights into sustainable construction technologies, the future of material science, carbon footprint reduction strategies, and environmental performance criteria. His contribution offered students an important academic and practical perspective on current research trends and industry applications.
