Restoration projects have gained momentum during the UN Decade on Ecosystem Restoration (2021–2030). These initiatives also play a significant role in combating climate change. However, a shared vision is still needed. Drawing on the example of Tarboo Creek in the U.S., this presentation will focus on restoring the health of similar watersheds, streams, and lands in our country that are in need of human attention.
