As part of the Spring Seminar Series of the Department of Environmental Engineering at Hacettepe University, this week’s speaker will be Prof. Dr. Banu Örmeci from Carleton University, Canada.

In the seminar titled “From Wastewater to Agricultural Soils: Tracking Microplastics Quantities, Types, Fate and Impact with Innovative Approaches”, recent advances in understanding the behavior, transport, and impacts of microplastics in environmental systems, as well as innovative monitoring approaches, will be discussed.
